A totally dreadful day to class, was dragging my feet and luckily, i managed to! Dr. Sheh made MR most interesting lesson ever; i enjoyed the laughter and brain cracking session. I had my 5 hours (yes, +2 hours journey) well spent but was really exhausted and not too receptive towards the end. It's not easy to be a parttime student with a full time job. 3 lessons a week can kill, seriously. I am trying very hard, doing my best.
And I am keeping my finger crossed, Taiwan in April! please.
lastly, penny of your thoughts (shared by Dr.Sheh) :
experience is personal, it's the moment to moment sensory awareness of internal and external events.
Do you know that even though we see, hear, smell and touch the same but it might be a totally different experience? how strange, there is something we can't share but to experience it ourselves.
